Come over and join us for a great evening of a movie night and some concession. There is no admission charge. If you want to bring your own comfortable folding chairs, you may. Chairs will be available. Concession for sale. 6 PM in the Elementary Gym. Parents must accompany their children. This is a family engagement event, and families must attend as families. The purpose is to spend time together. Enjoy.

CLEAR BAG POLICY IMPLEMENTED FOR HOME GAMES
October 02, 2024, Rock Point, AZ - In response to recent events and social media activity in nearby schools, Rock Point Community School will reinstate its clear bag policy effective tomorrow, Thursday, October 3, 2024, starting with the Double Header Volleyball games. The policy will also apply to the game scheduled for Friday, October 4, 2024. Spectators without clear bags may be required to return their bags to their vehicles. This measure is part of RPCS’s ongoing efforts to ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

RPCS Remains Normal Operations Some Events Cancelled,

Rock Point Community School remains with normal operations for both the elementary and secondary schools. This includes extra curricular activities such as athletics, after school program, club sports. Please be assured that our school continues to have monitors in and outside the buildings. Security video is monitored. All gates are closed and locked except for the main entrance gate and a security is monitoring that gate. These are all part of our daily normal operations as you have witnessed in the past. There may be a few adjustments for families driving their child to and from school so be patient with us in that area. With that said, our school is safe. Student learning and school safety is the school's top priority. We have the athletic program continuing. However, due to some recent incidents in schools, schools have cancelled their scheduled athletic events that RPCS was scheduled to participate in. Please understand those schools' situations as they also monitor to keep their schools safe. The following are cancellations in athletic events this week. All other athletic events are as scheduled as posted in our events calendar. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note that the Middle School Football originally scheduled with Baker Middle School on Saturday, September 21, 2020 at 6 PM is cancelled. Should it be rescheduled for a later date, we will let you know. Thank you for your continues support for Cougar Athletics. However, in case you are in the Valley this weekend, our High School Volleyball Team will be playing in the Epic Volleyball Tournament in Tempe. Please support them. Otherwise, you can follow our Middle School and High School Cross Country teams as they attend the Shiprock Cross Country Invitational which is also on Saturday. Have a great weekend and Go Cougars!!

Wednesday, August 28, 2024, Middle School Football will be travelling to Red Mesa where they will be facing off against Page Middle School at 4:00 PM.
Thursday, August 29, 2024, Family Partnership Program will hold a parent meeting at 5:00 PM in the RPCS Parent Center.
Friday, August 30, 2024, RPCS Lady Cougars High School Volleyball team will be travelling to Window Rock High School for pool play.
Saturday, August 31, 2024, High School Volleyball will return for bracket play in Window Rock and the Middle School Cross-Country Team will travel to the Atsa Cross-Country Invitational which begins at 9:30 AM.

NÁSHDÓÍÍ MIDDLE SCHOOL FOOTBALL SCHEDULE
August 22, 2024, Rock Point, AZ - Rock Point Community School announces its 2024 Middle School Cougar Football Schedule and will begin it’s season on Wednesday, August 28 playing Page in Red Mesa, Arizona. RPCS Middle School is with the NAIC and will play in Division II this year. Last year's team had a lot of growth toward the end of the season and we are excited about this squad this year. Come watch our first home game with Dennehotso on Wednesday, September 4 beginning at 6 PM. Come to the games! Follow our teams! Cheer them on! Support your Cougar Football team!

August 22, 2024, Rock Point, AZ - Rock Point Community School announces its 2024 Cougar Cross Country Schedule and will begin it’s season on Saturday, August 31 at the Peaks Invitational. Other featured meets include the Canyon De Chelly Invitational, Shiprock Invite, and the Bud Davis Invite among others. Look out for these runners at a meet near you! Follow our teams and cheer them on! If you haven’t been to a meet, come find out how much FUN it is to watch and cheer.
