Subject: Rock Point Community School Closure Notice
Dear Rock Point Community School Families and Staff,
Due to ongoing severe weather and hazardous road conditions, including flooded roads and areas of moving water, Rock Point Community School will be closed today.
Please review the following important safety and schedule updates:
For your safety, do not attempt to cross flooded roads, running water, washes, or other unsafe travel routes to reach school or designated bus stops. The safety of our students, families, and staff remains our highest priority.
School Schedule: We anticipate resuming school tomorrow, provided road and weather conditions improve and travel can be conducted safely.
Please continue to monitor official school communication channels for updates regarding school operations, potential delays, or any additional schedule changes.
We encourage everyone to stay safe, avoid unnecessary travel, and exercise caution during this weather event. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support in helping keep our community safe.
Sincerely,
RPCS Administration
